THIS IS AN AGREEMENT.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY SO YOU UNDERSTAND THE TERMS.
By submitting a deposit to lease real estate you agree that you want to lease the unit you're applying for and that if your application is accepted that you will lease that unit. The deposit becomes non-refundable upon application acceptance and the full amount to secure the unit is due by the lease signing. The lease signing is usually set-up within a few days of application acceptance. The application fee is non-refundable.
